All orders are custom-made with care. Please allow 3- 7 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotions.

RMC customs ships exclusively through USPS.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

 Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on the USPS service selected. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RMC Customs is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order is handed over to USPS, RMC Customs is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages. Any shipping issues should be reported directly to USPS using the provided tracking number.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim will require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.

Local Pickup

At this time, RMC Customs does offer local pickup.
